By using this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy governs Moat Brae’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree or are not prepared to be bound by any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. www.moatbrae.org is provided by PPMBT (a registered charity SC041382), Moat Brae Trading Limited and its suppliers (“we”/”our”/”us”). ‘You’/ ‘Your’ refers to the user of our website or the purchaser of tickets.
Ticket purchase conditions
All prices displayed on this website include VAT. We will not accept your order until payment is made in full and confirmed. Your ticket order can be changed up to any point until you click on the “Pay” button on the final checkout page. When your purchase has been accepted and confirmed you will have entered into a legally binding contract with us. We are not responsible for refusal by your credit or debit card issuer to authorise any transaction nor any charges they may levy. Your booking reference will be contained in an e-mail sent to the e-mail address you specified. It is your responsibility to check prior to purchase that the information you have supplied to us in respect of your ticket requirements is accurate. If you do not receive a booking confirmation by email or the delivered e-mail does not match your order, please contact us at tickets@peterpanmoatbrae.org. All tickets purchased online must be shown at the entry desk on-site and must be valid for the date of visit. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. No tickets may be resold. All children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Smoking Policy
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere on-site.
Photography
Photographs for personal use are welcome across the whole site and we are happy to see these shared across social media channels such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, but please show consideration to other guests when taking photographs.
